Pennsylvania State Honey Festival

Green Expo

Pennsylvania Apiculture, Inc., (PennApic) and members of the Pennsylvania Backyard Beekeepers' Association have teamed up with Ashcombe Farms to bring you the first Pennsylvania State Honey Festival and Green Expo.

The event focuses on honey, educational displays, eco-friendly businesses, environmental issues, local artisans and craftsmen, all building towards a better future.

The day will be filled with crafts, vendors, displays, and activities for all ages. Come and enjoy the flower gardens, the children's park, and the garden center at Ashcombe farm. Food vendors and Ashcombe's ice cream parlor are sure to be a hit.

Vendor and Sponsor Information

Vendors: There will be restrictions on having multiple same type vendors at this event. The registration will be based on first come, first served. So please do not wait to schedule this event. Send an email with your name, business name, address, telephone number, a list of products to be offered, along with space requirements and any special requests. A return registration form will be sent to you via email. Limited tables will be available. Tents and canopy displays will be provided by vendors. Once your request is approved, a non-refundable fee will be paid as follows:

Commercial or store front operations.............................$30.00

Non-profit associations and non-commercial vendors....$15.00 (or free depending upon services provided.)

Vendor fees must be paid within 10 days of approval. Pennsylvania Apiculture Inc., has final approval on all vendor approvals, and reserves the right to deny any request.

Sponsors: Corporate and business sponsors.................$100.00

                  Non-profit, family, individual:...........................$25.00

All sponsors will be included on the days program, and marketing material.
